One Ayala, also referred to as One Ayala Avenue (OAA), is a mixed-use development by Ayala Land situated at Ayala Center along EDSA (C-4) in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It stands across from Glorietta mall and occupies the former sites of the InterContinental Manila and the EDSA Carpark. The development aims to integrate retail, hotel, and office spaces within a unified, contiguous complex. Construction began in 2016 with the demolition of the InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark, and parts of the development were completed and opened in 2022.
